Located 4 km from the sea, this renovated barn of 130 m² is spacious, bright and functional.
It offers a living room of 43 m², a wood-burning stove, 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms.
In a green, natural setting, this gîte is ideal for reunions with family, friends, seminars.
A large terrace, a landscaped garden of 1,500 m², bordered by a stream.
The gîte can accommodate people with reduced mobility on the ground floor.
Located on the edge of a stream, the gîte includes:

- a fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, 4 hotplates, microwave, oven, filter coffee maker, kettle
- a dining area with a large farm table for up to 14 guests
- a lounge area near the stove with large corner sofa
* a walk-in shower room, sink and WC, washing machine, changing table, storage cupboard (accessible for disabled people)
* a double bedroom (140x190 cm bed) with a chest of drawers. With its 81 cm wide door and its open space, it is accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM).
• Upstairs :
* a dormitory: 5 beds with a reading corner, board games and comic books
* a bathroom: shower, WC, wash hand basin, hairdryer, storage cabinet
* a bedroom overlooking the meadow: 3 beds, a chest of drawers. 1 folding bed on request
* a large terrace with garden furniture
The gîteis located in a peaceful hamlet. Guests are kindly requested to respect keep noise to a minimum outside the barn after 10 p.m. and before 9 a.m. in the morning.
Thegîte will be available for 14 people from the end of March 2024.
Currently the capacity is 10 people.
