We propose in seasonal hiring our house, for 5-6 persons, in the small port of Paluden (Lannilis) on Aber-wrac'h
The location is ideal to enjoy the assets of Abers (walks, beaches, water activities ...)
The house is located on the coastal GR to start all the seaside walks.
Our family home was built in 1834 by our grandparents.
The terrace is not overlooked equipped with awning and a barbecue
The garden is closed and raised with sight on the aber
The living room and bedrooms all have views of the aber
It is a very relaxing environment for 5/6 people
DESCRIPTION
Ground floor: Open living room with 2 accesses (entrance - terrace / garden)
Floor: 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with bed 140, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90, a room installed in the choice of single bed 80 or double 160); closet, shelves, wardrobes.
Equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, coffee pod and kettle, vacuum cleaner, microwave, oven, TV Box internet, Wifi with internet access at no extra charge, Bluetooth speaker ...
Baby equipment and young child on request: bed, high chair, bath, changing mat, beach games, etc ...
A barrier can be installed on demand.
