For comfortable holidays by the seaside, old renovated farmhouse (1880) which can accommodate several families. Located in a small hamlet halfway between Concarneau and La Forêt-Fouesnant, close (1.5 km) to the shops and supermarkets of Concarneau. Extremely quiet environment. Nearby, the beaches of Concarneau (Sables Blancs) or La Forêt-Fouesnant (Port la Forêt – Kerleven), as well as the La Forêt Fouesnant golf course. The house is also close to the cycle path (the "greenway") leading to Concarneau and its beaches. The property consists of Ferme St Jean (6 bedrooms - Up to 13 people - 4 bathrooms - 4 toilets) and an adjoining outbuilding Le Penty (3 bedrooms - Up to 6 people - 1 bathroom - 2 toilets) sharing exclusive access to a large garden and a swimming pool heated to 26°. The swimming pool (10m x 3m - 1.5m deep everywhere) has a safety cover with electric engine. It is heated and open from the end of May to mid-September. The rates reported for the rental of the two houses include all charges and taxes, and end-of-stay cleaning.
Optionnal costs are not included : Bed linen renting/cleaning (12€/ bed) or towels (6€ for a set of two).
When the swimming pool is not opened (end of September to May), it is possible to rent the large house or the small house separately, with exclusive use of the garden. Ask for the cost.
In the large house (ST JEAN) : large living room on the ground floor (fireplace, living room, large screen TV, HIFI system), dining room that can accommodate 12 people (more by adding the fold-out console). On the second floor, a large games room with TV, DVD player, Playstation, baby-foot. The kitchen (table 4-6 people) is fully equipped, and the back kitchen has a refrigerator, a large freezer, washing machine, dishes and a dryer.
In the small house (PENTY), on one level, a pleasant living room (TV), an equipped kitchen (table for 6 persons) with washing machines.
In the garden: outdoor furniture, parasol, garden tables, covered area under a courtyard, outdoor games, ping-pong table, barbecue and plancha.
The courtyard can accommodate at least 6 vehicles.
