Accommodation comprises living room with dining area, cloakroom, modern fitted kitchen and French windows leading on to a large deck overlooking the pool. Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite shower. There is a separate bathroom with two washbasins and separate WC. There is a gas BBQ, a full size table tennis table and boules court. The estate comprises an international Ballesteros designed golf course, a Pierre & Vacances village and privately owned villas. Village amenities can be booked by those staying in the villa (with some restrictions in July and August). The activities include, riding, tennis, volley ball; there are two large pools and 5 restaurants all within walking distance.
