Summary: We had booked a room and notified the hotel we were bringing a small dog. The hotel then chose to allocate us a disabled room for no reason, actually this was not very suitable as my small Daughter could not get on the toilet without help. The room was freezing and at around 5:30am the emergency door next to us was banging open. We did ask for the heating to be increased but ended up staying in one bed to keep warm.
