Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Apartment was roomy and had everything we needed. It nice and clean, and nice bed linen. Well heated give we had a few cold days. 400m from station, 800m to Corbiemcentre, 4km walk to Australian war Memorial.

Negative: The stairs to 1st level (shower, bed etc) are narrow and steeper than standard. This is a limitation of the type of property but not recommended for someone who has difficulties with less than ideal stairs. Particularly if you have a middle of the night trip to the toilet which is down stairs. We managed them ok with caution, but some who are less mobile may struggle. And we couldn't find the lock box... after a few calls it was between shutter and door! Trains to Amiens are frequent except after 915 there's nothing till nearly midday, there is a similiar gap for return in afternoon so check timetables.

Summary: Lovely apartment, but stairs may not suit less noble on their legs
