The location offers the best of both worlds - the feeling of being in the countryside while only a short walk to the centre of Eymet.
The château is accessed through a mature tree lined avenue. The château is surrounded on all sides by attractive gardens. To the front of the châteauare lawned areas and mature trees whilst the back of the Châteauoffers a large 12m x 6mheatedswimming pool and a summer kitchen/bar area.
The former chai (wine storage barn) has been renovated to provide a large (20m x 7m) indoor area that can be used as a bar / games room / party room. The chai is a great place to use on days when it may get very hot outside or if it should rain.
