The latter benefits from a fully fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with a wood-burning stove, opening onto a terrace with exclusive access to the 8x4 unheated swimming pool. The upper floor houses a library and accommodates three bedrooms (160cm x 280cm x 290cm), each with a private bathroom and a bathtub for one of them. Parking for two vehicles is available on the property. You will be captivated by its surroundings and its magnificent flower garden, the beautiful colors blending with the varied scents. In one word... A true haven of peace... Your privacy is preserved in this idyllic setting... while being shared.
*Housekeeping: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be placed in the city in the designated containers.
