Positive: Beautiful location away from any noise. Easy to find. Plenty of free parking. Nice, comfortable room apart from the bed!!! Tasty breakfast with home made jams.

Negative: Bed was very firm. Wi fi was good outside on the patio but didn't work in the bedroom.
