Villa 4 comfortable rooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom, 2 WC. Heated swimming pool covered by electric rolling curtain. Exotic wood terrace with 6 sun loungers and 2 summer living rooms with sofas and armchairs. Lejardin is flowered and maintained by a gardener. A bodega on the pool with plancha, mini fridge (table top), small sink will allow you to prepare great aperitifs to enjoy under the large parasols on the terrace.
The kitchen open to the living room is equipped with dishwasher, electric pyrolysis oven, Miele brand microwave, Sauter induction hob and Liehber fridge / freezer. The back kitchen includes a Miele washing machine, a Bosch tumble dryer, a Liehber fridge / freezer, a two-bowl sink and storage cupboards
The 50m2 living room with large windows overlooking the swimming pool is equipped with 2 sofas ’armchairs, table for 8 people, fireplace, reversible heat pump, buffet and cupboards (private).
There is a mezzanine on which is one of the shower rooms with shower, sink and WC. On the mezzanine there are two 90 cm beds which are not included in the number of beds above because the height under ceiling of the mezzanine is not suitable for adults.
The house is decorated and maintained with care.
The garden is particularly flowered in summer, a gardener comes once a week to maintain it and the swimming pool.
A cleaning lady can be provided during the stay at the expense of the tenant.
