Upstairs, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the 2nd with 2 90 beds. All bedrooms have storage and a desk.
The ground floor offers beautiful volumes for the whole family. The living room, 32m², offers a lounge area with TV and wood stove, as well as a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen, 20m², opens through a bay window onto the terrace, facing South-East. The view is clear on a large grassy field, ideal for games (small football goal), and further away, the ponies graze peacefully. The setting is conducive to rest.
The cottage is on a plot of land with a group of houses, but it is completely independent and quiet, with its private outdoor spaces. Ping-pong table available.
