Breton stone house with stunning sea views. The property is in an elevated position in Brest Bay, in almost a secluded location and offers direct access to the adjacent GR34 hiking trail. The beautiful stretch of coast is wonderful to explore on foot. It was only restored in 2017 in a modern style and comfortably furnished. Whether you're sunbathing on the terrace, lounging in the spacious living room or preparing meals in the kitchen, the fantastic sea views are ever present! The beaches of Trégana and Le Trez-Hir can be reached quickly. The sheltered long bathing beach in Le Trez-Hir, with a children's playground, is guarded in July and August. You can reach the westernmost point, La Pointe St. Mathieu, on well-designed coastal footpaths. From the small port of Saint Anne du Portzic, past the Fort du Dellec, you reach the tip of Deolen. At the Minou lighthouse you can relax on the beach and watch the surfers. From the picturesque fishing village of Le Conquet, boat trips to the offshore islands of Molène and Ouessant are offered (bike rental). In the port of the naval city of Brest, many festivals and events take place in summer. The naval museum, Océanopolis, well-known throughout France, is also worth a visit.
