Summary: Asked for a room upgrade on arrival & were given a room where the bathroom door only opened partially as hit bed, big chunk missing from toilet seat & managed to badly stop my toe on a metal door stop in bare feet! We mentioned all this as we left this morning & were offered a drink by way of compensation. Not useful at 8.15am. Didn’t mention during stay as only there for a couple of nights. Would we stay there again? Possibly as a last resort
