6 Bedroom House in Saint-Nicolas-du-Pelem
Only 40 minutes from the coast you will find our lovely 17/18th century hamlet of Kermarc'h set in 4 acres of trees, fields and gardens. Here on site you will enjoy swimming in our professionally installed 12 x 6m heated, fenced swimming pool with a shallow end and Roman steps. The pool is heated and is normally open from the end of May to the end of September. The pool is sheltered and well positioned to be in full sun all day with tables, chairs, parasols and sun loungers to relax on. Also in the grounds is a boules court, trampoline with safety net, table tennis, plastic playhouse, swingball, table football, badminton, soft archery and a large wooden play fort. We also have a field that is kept cut for ball games (football, cricket) so that the young ones can play within sight but without disturbing the adults. Lots of space for parking in the grounds. Well behaved dogs may be accepted.
Village with all amenities 5 mins (Supermarket,bank etc), coast 40 mins and lake with beaches 20min (Lac Guerledan)
MAISON MADELEINE
Located on our Kermarc’h site but away from the farmhouse and cottage are Maisons Madeleine and Marie. These two cottages next to each other were converted from an old 17 th century house and stable and offer very bright, comfortable accommodation. Both properties share access to the swimming pool with the farmhouse and cottage.
Madeleine is the larger of these two properties and sleeps 10 plus cot. On the ground floor are a double and twin bedroom, shower/toilet and lounge/ kitchen /diner. The kitchen is fitted with a stainless steel gas oven /hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There are plenty of good quality crockery, cutlery and glasses as well as kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hand blender, ironing board, iron, hoover etc. The lounge has comfortable armchairs and sofas,books,DVDs, flat screened TV with freeview channels, and DVD player. French doors opening on to private patio area with BBQ and garden furniture and parasols.
Upstairs are two triple bedrooms each with a double and single bed and a bathroom.
There is a large lawned area outside with a rotary washing line.

Downstairs is a shower / toilet, lounge/ kitchen / diner. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas/electric hob & oven, microwave cooker, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hand blender, ironing board, iron, hoover etc. The lounge has a comfortable settee and armchairs with books,Dvds, flat screened TV with freeview channels, and DVD player. French doors leading to the private patio area with parasol, garden furniture and BBQ.
Upstairs is a bathroom, double bedroom and family bedroom with a double bed and single bed. There is a large lawned area outside with a rotary washing line.
