The Rennes Exhibition Center is nearby (10 minutes by car). The cottage combines comfort, charm and modernity in a warm atmosphere. Here, you will appreciate the peace and serenity of the place, with immediate access to the Boël site on the edge of La Vilaine: hiking, mountain biking, canoeing-kayaking are among the activities nearby and trail fans will appreciate the differences in altitude! On the site, there is also another cottage and 2 guest rooms. From May to September depending on the weather, you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool (6mx2.80 m, depth 1.37m), heated to 28 °, with counter-current swimming lane. Swimming pool shared with the owners and other guests. As an additional charge, the Wellness area is available to you (hammam and jacuzzi: €20/hour/person or €40/hour for 2 people).
