Between steep cliffs and hills, the Blavet Valley is a veritable green setting, blessed with remarkable environmental richness. The towpath along the Blavet River is accessible on foot, by bike, or on horseback. Two water sports centers, in Saint Nicolas des Eaux and Pont-Augan (in the commune), will introduce you to the pleasures of water (canoeing, kayaking, pedal boating, etc.). For family time, in Pluméliau-Bieuzy, enjoy the Balade du Père Nicolas park offering around a hundred outdoor activities, let yourself be tempted by a game of paintball, or try your hand at a go-kart track! For trout fishing, the Tarun River is just a stone's throw from the cottage. If you want to take advantage of the facilities at the Kerabellec estate, you'll appreciate the large 10 x 5 m swimming pool (1.50 m deep) under a sliding shelter, as well as the children's playground. You can relax on the deckchairs by the heated swimming pool or on the garden furniture in the garden.
The cottage offers:
- On the ground floor: a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and lounge.
- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, one with a private shower room/toilet (two 140 x 190 cm beds, two 90 x 190 cm beds), and a bathroom with toilet.
- Outside: a private terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. A laundry area is available.
The estate includes 3 other cottages and the owners' house, which share the following: the heated swimming pool (average temperature 27 degrees), the garden, the games area, the parking lot, and the laundry room. The swimming pool is open from May to the end of September, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
