Near the property with its 3 gîtes, hiking and mountain biking trails are available in the magnificent Lié Valley, near the Guette Es Lièvres mill and the listed churches of Vieux Bourg and Langast. 10 km from Loudéac, a large sports and leisure park - Aquarêv - is 10 minutes away with games and trails, and the Bretagne velodrome for cycling professionals. 10 km from Moncontour, a small medieval town. 30 minutes from the sea between the Emerald Coast and the Gulf of Morbihan. River fishing is available 200 meters away with a holiday or day pass.
Your vacation rental includes:
On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a lounge, and a toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, two bedrooms with a 90x190 cm bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
Outside:
You benefit from a 30 m² courtyard and a 172 m² private lawn. Access to the laundry room with a dryer shared with two other cottages. For children, a shared playground is available. For fun, a games room shared with the two other cottages offers billiards and a ping-pong table. A remote workspace is available in one bedroom.

Horses are welcome at a rate of €5 per animal per day for pasture and water.
