15 km north of Rennes, this cottage is located on a dairy farm in a group of buildings with other rentals. The private, south-facing terrace, not overlooked, will delight you for your moments of relaxation with its garden furniture and barbecue. A playground with ping-pong, trampoline, slide, pétanque and football pitches will delight young and old alike. The indoor and heated swimming pool (5 m x 10 m) is accessible from 06/04 to 28/09 and shared with the owners. Need to get away? 10 km away, stroll along the Canal d'Ille-et-Rance on the site of the 11 locks in Hédé-Bazouges, wander around Bécherel, the city of books (18 km away), or visit the Petite Cité de Caractère (Small Town of Character) of Combourg and its castle (22 km away). The Emerald Coast and the corsair city of Saint-Malo await you 50 km away.
The cottage is accessible from the shared courtyard and adjoins the owners' home.
It is spread over two levels.
On the ground floor:

- a bedroom with two 80 x 200 cm beds (which can be converted into a 160 x 200 cm bed) and a 90 x 190 cm bed

- a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed (which can be converted into two 70 x 190 cm beds) and a 90 x 190 cm bed
- a private bathroom off the bedroom with a bathtub and toilet.
