For a green holiday full of discoveries, the Brocéliande cottage is waiting for you! 1 hour from the South and North coasts (Vannes and Saint-Brieuc), the cottage is ideally located for discovering Brittany. Lake Guerlédan, the largest lake in Brittany, can be explored on foot, by bike, on horseback or using different boats (canoes, water skis, pedal boats, etc.). 10 minutes away, walk the cobbled streets of Pontivy, cross this imperial city and visit its castle. The owner, a tour guide, will be happy to accompany you and offer guided tours. After your days of discovery, you will appreciate the large heated indoor swimming pool of 10 x 4 m accessible from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., as well as the wellness area (at an additional cost) and currently being fitted out with hammam and sauna (6 places all 2) and shower experience. On the property, Antoinette and Alphonse, two alpacas, will delight the children.
The cottage offers you:
- On the ground floor: a living room, a living room with equipped kitchen, then a laundry room and a toilet.
- Upstairs: 2 bedrooms under ramps, one with 1 180x200 bed divisible into 2 90 cm beds, the other with 1 130x190 bed (for 1 person) and 1 90x190 bed (currently being fitted out ), then a bathroom and a separate toilet. On request possibility of accommodating 1 more person (mezzanine bed).
- Outside: a covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, a gravelled courtyard and parking (shared with the other gite).
Swimming pool open from April to the end of September, depth from 0.80 m to 1.80 m.
Gite adjoining 56G1463 and 1466 and located near the home of the owners who manage a guest house.
The swimming pool and wellness area are shared with one of the two other gîtes.
