This cottage, an old farmhouse with authentic charm, is distinguished by its exposed beams and stone walls, bathed in beautiful natural light thanks to large openings overlooking a private exterior.
A custom-made staircase in solid ash, directly from the hamlet, leads you to the bedrooms, whose floors are covered with original parquet in chestnut or solid oak.
The main room, with natural stone flooring, has been designed to comfortably accommodate a person in a wheelchair, with adapted facilities: wide doors, accessible kitchen and bathroom.
The house is located on a vast property of 3,800 m², including a garden, a vegetable garden, a barn and a chicken coop. You can fully enjoy the surrounding nature (woods and river below), by an old hiking trail.
