You will be won over by the warm atmosphere of this house with its stone and lime walls and its terracotta tiles, located in one of the outbuildings of the Manoir du Courtillon (16th century) on a 2-hectare property. Close to the Breton capital, you are 15 minutes from Rennes, 10 minutes from the airport, the exhibition center and the Ker Lann campus. From May to September depending on the weather, you can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool (6mx2.80 m, depth 1.37m), heated to 28 °, with counter-current swimming lane. Swimming pool shared with the owners and other guests. At an additional cost, the Wellness area is accessible to you (hammam and jacuzzi: 20€/h/person or 40€/h for 2 people).
