You benefit from a large private courtyard in front and a terrace and private land of 800 m² at the back. Come and stay in this gîte located at the gates of Armor and Argoat, near two streams, a hiking trail and the Coat An Noz forest which will appeal to nature lovers. During your stay, discover the mountain bike circuits set up in the town of Belle Ile en Terre and also learn or improve fly fishing, in the best salmon river in Brittany, by a professional guide. Ping-pong shared between the 2 gîtes.

On the ground floor :
Pretty fitted kitchen, with a lounge area (2 leather club armchairs) overlooking an original fireplace (1st fire and free basket) and flat screen TV, a dining area, a separate toilet with hand basin.
Upstairs :
1 large bedroom on the mezzanine offers a king size bed 160x200 (sheets provided and bed made on arrival) and a bathroom with shower open to the bedroom.
