In Morbihan South, come and discover the town of Larmor-Baden on the edge of the Gulf, where it is good to live and stay. Very popular with holidaymakers, Larmor Baden is located in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan. Here, you will be charmed by this small, typical and friendly seaside resort. At the port, you can indulge in or learn windsurfing or catamaran sailing, go fishing, or board a speedboat for a tour of the Gulf, or for a stopover on the offshore islands. Not to be missed: the island of Gavrinis, a world-famous jewel of prehistory, and the island of Berder accessible at low tide. At high tide, you will enjoy the beaches of Larmor Baden, including the one located 50m from the cottage! For golf or horse riding, the neighboring town of Baden awaits you!
The cottage is located a stone's throw from the beach and 500m walk from the town! It's a pretty little house with a seaside-style decoration. Here, you will feel good thanks to a well-thought-out layout in its 30m².
-On the ground floor, you will have the main room with kitchen, living room and lounge (a 140 cm sofa bed), and a small bathroom with toilet.
-Upstairs, a bedroom with 2 single beds, from the skylight you can admire the Gulf!
-Outside: a terrace and an enclosed garden.
A private parking space at the entrance to the residence, access to the cottage is via a small pedestrian path.
