Located in Bédée, a town 20 km from Rennes, on the 1st floor of a house, the 35 m² apartment opens onto the bedroom with a 140x200 retractable bed (made upon your arrival). On your right, you will find the bathroom with an Italian shower, a basin unit and a toilet.
On the other side, the bright and functional living room consists of an open-plan fitted kitchen, dining table and lounge area with sofa bed, allowing for additional sleeping.
You will have all the necessary comfort:
