Charming house in a private residence with swimming pool. Separated from the ocean by the forest, with direct access to the bike paths that take you to the fine sand beaches in 10 minutes, the city center is 15 minutes by bike always by the bike path. The residence is pedestrian, a personal parking is available at the entrance. We put at your disposal, a caddy to carry your stuff (shopping, etc ...). Space, nature, tranquility in the park. You will enjoy the heated pool from May, sunbathing, and the covered terrace of the house (barbecue, deckchair). Ideal for nature lovers and hikers, the GR is in direct access to discover the vast and verdant forest of the countries of the mountains. Bike rental on site.
The house offers all the comfort with 2 bedrooms (1 bed of 160 on the ground floor and 2 beds of 90 on the floor), bathroom with a bath, sofa bed, television 81cm, covered terrace, recent garden furniture 8pers, 2 sunbathing and electric barbecue. The kitchen is new in 2016 and fully equipped to new: Nespresso, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all kitchen utensils.
The interior has been redone in 2018.

The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant, a cleaning deposit of 100 € (not cashed), will be requested on arrival.
