In the heart of the Nivillac countryside, just 20 minutes from the sea, you will appreciate this vacation rental for 11 people in southern Brittany. Nearby you will discover the Rhuys peninsula and the medial town of Vannes. 10 minutes from the Nantes-Vannes axis, we are lucky enough to live near the pleasant character town of La Roche-Bernard with its marina and numerous restaurants. The cottage is located on a farm managed by the owners. It consists of 2 adjoining and communicating houses.
The largest house offers on the ground floor: a living room with living room, lounge and fitted kitchen, then a bedroom (1 bed 160 and 1 bed 90) and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 1 bed 140) each with a private bathroom with toilet. Two other bedrooms (2 90 cm beds and 1 140 cm bed) with shower room/wc adjoining the 2 bedrooms. The second house offers you on the ground floor: a living room with fitted kitchen, living room and lounge, as well as a toilet with washbasin. You will also have a private laundry room outside (in an annex building) with the freezer. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds) and a shower room with wc. Outside: an enclosed terrace and a large garden with games. The farm offers sales of meat and apple juice on the farm and the rental of a room for your various events.
