We propose to you to rent, in the city centre of Rennes, this charming flat with wifi (optical fiber), of a surface of 18 m ² and being able to accomodate up to two travelers.
Located on the 13th and last floor (lift to the 12th) of a quiet building, it consists of a nice living room of 16 m² with open plan kitchen and a shower room. The cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on your arrival.
The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
