We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Riec-sur-Bélon, this charming house of a surface of 175 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. Located at less than 3km from the sea, it is composed of a nice living room of 48 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you will be able to enjoy a garden of about 1 500 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A living room of 48 m² with TV lounge area, fireplace (wood provided on request) and dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine with integrated grinder...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160*200)
- A bathroom (bath and shower)
- A toilet
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140*190)
- Room 3: a double bed (140*190)
- Room 4: a double bed (140*190)
- A shower room with WC
Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 1 500 m².
- A terrace of 30m² facing south with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, HI-FI system.
The house is ideally located in Riec-sur-Belon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities:
- the tourist office of Quimperlé Terre Océane is 20 minutes away by car.
- The ports of Belon (oyster tasting) and Rosbras are 2kms away,
- Pont-Aven, city of the painters is 3kms away
- The beaches of Kerfany and Trenez are 15 minutes away by car, where you can find several water sports (sailing, kayaking, paddling, etc.). Questelan beach is accessible at low tide at 2.6km.
- The famous restaurant chez Jacky, offering seafood.
- You can walk along the GR 34 on the coastal path that goes around Brittany
- Events: Lorient Interceltic Festival during the first half of August, Douarnenez Film Festival at the end of August, Cornouaille Festival at the end of July in Quimper, Festival des filets bleus in Concarneau mid August.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private car park of the house (two to three vehicles).
As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus stop "Coat Pin" at less than 500m
- Quimperlé train station is 15 minutes away by car
- Brest airport is 1h15 away by car.
