Its exterior offers you access to a semi-buried heated swimming pool, a covered terrace area and a large garden with trees.

Located in a quiet and pleasant area, the house is composed as follows:
Open plan living area on the ground floor:

- A very bright dining area with two large windows looking out onto the garden.
- A large kitchen with a high table (6 people), fully equipped: fridge, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher...
- These three rooms are arranged around a beautiful central panoramic fireplace with double glass windows.
- Bedroom 1: large bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining shower room with Italian shower and single basin.
- Separate WC.
On the first floor :
- A mezzanine with a double sofa bed.
- Bedroom 2: large bedroom with a double bed and a desk.
- Bedroom 3: large bedroom with a double bed (160) and a desk
- 1 shower room ideal for children with shower, single washbasin, towel rail and toilet.
- Bedroom 4: Master suite with a king size 180 bed, large bathroom with shower and bath, double sinks and toilet.
Outside :
- Large landscaped garden of 400m², fully enclosed, with a 25m² swimming pool (depth 1m30), half-buried, heated (access via wooden stairs and ladder to enter the pool). Equipped with a floating alarm. Can be used from the beginning of June to the end of September, subject to favourable weather conditions and the availability of the swimming pool operator (please check with the host).
- Covered terrace area, garden furniture, barbecue, plancha, parasol.
- Terrace bordering the whole house and serving the living rooms on the ground floor.
- Possibility of parking two cars in front of the house, two in front of the gate and a third under the car port.

The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. It is ideally located in the heart of the village of St Père with its typical Breton architecture, between land and sea.
The house is close to the youth activity centre of the commune, which can lead to hearing the music where the children play outside.
There are many amenities within walking distance: bakery, mini-market, hairdresser, bistro, restaurants, food-trucks... The regional producers' market is held every Friday on the village square, just a stone's throw from your accommodation.

Other remarks:
- The staircase of the house has no handrails for aesthetic reasons.
- The house is not suitable for children under 6 years of age for safety reasons, as the staircase does not have a railing.
- The whole ground floor is perfectly accessible for a person in a wheelchair (wide doors, grab bar in the WC, plastic chair for the shower). However, access to the terrace will require the help of someone.
