The house is located in a quiet hamlet, surrounded by fields and 2 minutes from the Mesqueau lake.
You are in the countryside and so close to the beaches of the Bay of Morlaix: 5 minutes from Terenez, 10 minutes from Le Diben, 15 minutes from Locquirec.
In terms of activities, there is a ski lift 1km from the lakes, nature walks all around the house, a sailing school 8kms away, numerous beaches, the GR34 along the coast, fishing on foot, boat trips, a golf course 30km away, local markets throughout the week (5kms from the village).
Please note that the telephone network is not well received in the house but there is WIFI
*** Heating fee***: We would like to inform our guests that during the winter period (from 15
October to 31 March), heating is not included in the final rental price, for obvious reasons.
This is also the reason why the nightly rate is lower than in the summer period. An heating
fee is therefore applied for heating consumption. We therefore take a meter reading on your
arrival and another on your departure. As heating accounts for an average of 75% of
electricity consumption, we charge tenants on this basis. The price is calculated as follows:
price per Kw/h X number of Kw/h X 75%. We will ask you to pay this amount by cheque to
the order of the owner, which will be indicated to you on departure. If you do not have a
cheque book, please let us know when you make your reservation.
Reminder: The resale of electricity is forbidden by law (decree of 23 December 1994 and
article L331-1 of the Energy Code) for a classic furnished rental. However, a tolerance is
applied for seasonal furnished rentals known as "tourism" or "short term", for which it is
therefore possible to invoice / resell to the tenant, provided that the total duration of the stay
is a maximum of 3 months (in one or more reservations).
