On the first floor: the corridor leads to a double bedroom with access to the terrace, an adjoining bedroom with a single bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds and a brand new bathroom.
On the second floor: the corridor leads to a double bedroom and a brand new shower room. In the basement under the whole house, a boiler room and laundry room as well as an additional refrigerator.

For the nautical activities of your choice, the nautical school is located at 200m (Surf School). In good weather, the sunsets behind the national fort will offer itself to you so that you can take your most beautiful pictures.
Depending on the moment, kitesurfers, windsurfers or surfers will guarantee you a nice show. But, if you don't want to do anything and just meditate while looking at the sea, then this is the right place!
