Marie Laure and Etienne have completely renovated this house (former secondary farm accommodation) which was theirs for several years before moving into the old Kericuff manor. This large farm was built in the middle of the 19th century by rich peasants on the site of an old manor (hence the presence of a pretty chapel and its small calvary, a dovecote and a farm). It perfectly illustrates the importance of the role played by the upper fringe of Trégor peasant society in the 19th century.
Aligned due south of Tréguier, a small town full of charm 8 km away, you will be equidistant from the Coasts:
- from Goëlo (Paimpol, 20 km),
- Gorse (Plougrescant and Penvenan, 15 km),
- Pink Granite (Perros Guirec, 20 km).
While further inland other nuggets like the towns of La Roche Derrien or Pontrieux, little Venice of Trégor can be discovered as well as the Domaine de la Roche Jagu (castle, park and gardens on the banks of the Trieux).
