Located opposite La Roche-Bernard, the town of Marzan conceals astonishing landscapes which will delight hikers with in particular its banks of the Vilaine and the GR39.
On foot or by bike, follow the Vilaine to reach the Port d'Arzal and its dam as well as the pretty village of Lantiern. On the land side, discover Rochefort en Terre and La Roche-Bernard, two Towns of Character steeped in history. On the sea side, the beaches of Damgan and Billiers are accessible in about fifteen minutes by car. You are from the cottage near tourist sites such as Vannes, the Gulf of Morbihan and its islands, Pénestin or La Baule and Guérande in Loire Atlantique.
This gite consists on the ground floor of a kitchen, a living/dining room, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs are a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a bedroom with two 140x190 beds, a shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, you enjoy a 1000m² plot with a garden as well as two terraces facing South/East and North/West with dining table, barbecue, parasol and deckchairs. A garage is at your disposal to store sports equipment. Possibility to park up to 3 vehicles within the secure property thanks to an electric gate.
