Everything lends itself to it, the large spacious living room, the veranda, the bedrooms with their private bathrooms. Pleasant resort for wandering the entire Costa Rican coast between Paimpol (22 km) and the edges of Finistère (Saint Michel en Grèves 25 km). You will also easily descend to small inland towns such as La Roche Derrien (6 km), Tréguier, city of character (9 km), Pontrieux and its washhouses (15 km). Iodized air guaranteed on the edges of the GR34 or on the superb beach of Trestel just 7 km away. Perros-Guirec 13 km, 20 km from the Gallic Village of Pleumeur Bodou: leisure and relaxation park, very close to the Radôme and the Saint Samson golf course.
Your vacation rental is organized on two levels.
On the ground floor:
veranda converted into a living room, well-equipped independent kitchen with gas piano stove, large living room with pellet stove (steps to access from the kitchen to the living room), separate toilet.
In an annex adjoining the kitchen and accessible by the outside courtyard: 2 bedrooms on one level (1 bed 160x200) (1 bed 180x200 which can be separated into 2 beds 90x200) each with their private bathroom (shower and toilet).
Upstairs:
2 communicating bedrooms (1 bed 160x200) (2 beds 90x190) with a shared bathroom (shower and toilet).
Outside:
Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue/plancha. Large unfenced plot of land available, parking at the entrance.
