In a pleasant and calm setting near the sea, 500m from the Ria d'Etel, you will discover this gîte adjoining another gîte where children are invited to meet farm animals. Ideally located between Lorient and Vannes and close to all the surrounding tourist sites (Auray, Erdeven, Carnac, Quiberon, Belle Ile en Mer, Groix, the Gulf of Morbihan.
The gîte de Kerdoret offers you:
-On the ground floor, a beautiful living space with an American kitchen open to the living room, a fireplace as well as a small pantry and toilets.
-On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with a 140 bed, a second room with a mezzanine where a play area has been set up for children that can also serve as an office or reading room, then a bathroom with bathtub.
-On the top floor, is the last bedroom of the cottage with two beds in 90.
-Outside, you can enjoy a garden adjoining the cottage of 50m², an enclosed garden of 200m² in front of the cottage with a portico, garden furniture, sunbathing, a barbecue and a shelter for bikes .
Small fishing equipment on foot is provided on request (basket, rake ...). Baby equipment included: a booster seat from one year, a sleeping bag, a bathtub, a high chair, a cot and toys.
