After a busy day of visiting the village of La Grimpette, hiking, swimming, fishing and sailing, come and relax and return to your pied-à-terre. This new and spacious house of 100 m² has a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a storeroom, three bedrooms, a shower room, a bathroom and a large terrace (72 m²) and garden furniture.
The house :
On two levels, it is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A large living room with a double sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table, a TV and a dining table for up to 6 guests. This space has three large glass doors leading to the outside.
- A modern kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc.
- A storeroom with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
- Bedroom 1: A bright bedroom with a queen-size bed.
- A shower room with shower
- Separate toilet
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: spacious with two single beds and a desk
- Bedroom 3: two single beds and a large wardrobe.

Activities :
After fishing and swimming on one of the 5 beautiful beaches of the island, we meet in the village to stroll in the pretty streets of the Grimpette, the Forge or the Corsairs. A plate of oysters on a terrace in the shade of a fig tree, then, we get on a bike to go down to the Pointe du Nioul by the Penhap circuit, strewn with megaliths. The dream of a beautiful day does not end here: on the contrary, it begins again, in front of the sublime panorama which opens on the Gulf of Morbihan!

- Auray train station located 18.5 km away (53 minutes by car)
- Vannes airport 26.6 km away (59 minutes by car)

- Island without car, it is complicated to circulate by car on the island.
- 4 bike rental companies on the island, remember to bring your locks
Neighbourhood:
This quiet and pleasant neighbourhood is located a stone's throw from the small beach of Gored. Grocery store at about 15 min walk. Village, port, small market, count 30 min walk.
