We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Saint-Martin-des-Champs near Morlaix, this charming house of a surface of 180 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. It used to house a café on the ground floor.
It is composed of a nice living room of 65 m², an open plan kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 300 m² and a terrace. Wifi, cleaning, we are waiting for you!

- Bedroom 3: one queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 4: two single beds
- One bathroom.
- Separate toilet.
Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 300 m² facing South-West.
- Two terraces (40 m² and 60 m²), one of which is covered by a bioclimatic pergola and furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, barbecue, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Martin-des-Champs, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
