Entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) with access to a laundry room (washing machine, dryer), opening onto a large living room and two lounge areas (sofas, TV, Wi-Fi) leading to a large terrace (garden furniture) extending into the south-facing garden. Also on the ground floor is a large bedroom (two 90cm beds, which can be made into one 180cm bed, duvet) with an en-suite shower room and a separate WC in the entrance hall.
Upstairs: 5 bedrooms with desks and storage (two 90cm beds, which can be made into one 180cm bed, duvets), 2 shower rooms with WCs, a room with a shower, and a separate WC.
Parking available on the property. Pets not allowed. Electricity charges are extra except from May 30th to September 19th, 2026.
