Right next to the Port Breton park and the Prieuré beach, which offers the best views of St Malo, this beautiful 160 m² family home comprises two floors and an adjoining outbuilding:
- On the ground floor, a wc with a shower for returning from the beach. A large, warm and friendly lounge/dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen with a large cooking hob.
- On the first floor, 3 large bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a cot, and a spacious bathroom with shower and bath.
- On the second floor, 2 double bedrooms and a children's bedroom with bunk beds as well as a shower room with Italian shower and separate WC.
Adjoining the house is an outbuilding with a ground-floor kitchenette with sofa, TV and small dining table, plus a shower room with WC. Upstairs, accessed via a spiral staircase, is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
