We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, this charming house with a surface of 115 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden of about 450 m². Wifi (optical fibre) included, we are waiting for you!

On the first floor:

Outside :
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 350 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, ironing board and iron.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, in a very pleasant environment, 5 minutes walk from the Grande Plage. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities:
- The large beach is 2 km long, perfectly suited for walks, jogging and family outings.
- In the vicinity, a must-see on the Emerald Coast:
- Cap Fréhel, to the west, an impressive site classified as an ornithological reserve, whose cliffs dominate the sea by 70 metres.
- Not far from there, take the time to stop off at the Fort la Latte castle, built in the 14th century on a rocky cape, which majestically overlooks the English Channel.
- A former corsair city, the fortified town of Saint-Malo is built on a rock. With its magnificent ramparts, it offers a magnificent panorama of the sea and the Channel Islands of Jersey, Guernsey and Sark.
